Heidi Chapnick, e-commerce expert for FreshXperts, is a leading retail strategist and the founder and chief executive officer of Channalysis, a consultancy specializing in cross-channel commerce. She advises clients about Internet marketing optimization, as well as setting up and managing their online shopping experiences.
Heidi has more than 25 years' experience working for major retailers, including several Fortune 100 companies. She was U.S. director for customer experience and front store at CVS.com; U.S. director for e-commerce and customer service for Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A&P); and director of new services and marketing for Stop and Shop, where she was part of the team to develop the grocery delivery service, Peapod, the first profitable online shopping experience with same day delivery. She has also been employed with Waldbaum’s, The Food Emporium, and NutriSystem.
